This three day course provides delegates with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2 Agile® guidance, and is aligned to the current version of PRINCE2. During the course we introduce the basic concepts of common agile ways of working, discuss the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2 and the agile way of working, evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context, fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context, and be able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an agile context.

This five-day course takes delegates through each phase of a project by applying the Process Groups and Knowledge Areas that have been defined by the world's largest project management body, the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. A key objective of the course is helping potential PMP® certificate holders demonstrate that they have the necessary education, experience and competency. All relevant course materials are provided, including the core textbook 'Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK® Guide'. The course concludes with a mock 100-question examination. The PMI website, www.pmi.org, has full details of the applicable fees and how delegates can arrange for the actual exam to be taken at a venue and date that meets their specific needs. Target Audience: The course is suitable for experienced project managers who wish to adopt a more structured approach to the management of projects, especially those who are working towards the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. The PMP certification can improve your chances of getting a job, increase your earning potential and increase your networking and job opportunities. Prerequisites Delegates are expected to have a minimum of three years' experience in leading projects.
