This course discusses the tasks required to support and administer their CRM Deployment. These tasks include one-off initial setup tasks as well as on-going maintenance tasks. This course is intended for novice & experienced system administrators, implementation consultants, system integrators, technical or support professionals who need to understand the technical aspects & administrative functionality of CRM.

Delegates will learn how to configure the Security Model for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, setup and maintain an Audit envionment. Delegates will also learn how to synchronise an email system with CRM and configure syste, settings. The course additionally covers how to maintain the CRM deployment through the use of the Deployment Manager. Finally the course covers topics of maintaining and troubleshooting a CRM Deployment.
