Course Description Overview: As a Microsoft Office PowerPoint user familiar with the basics, you're able to convey information clearly without much glitz. That's okay, but you can do better—audiences expect more than the basics. In this course, you will enhance presentations with features that will transform basic presentations into those with a powerful means of communication. Prerequisites: To ensure your success, we recommend that you have taken PowerPoint Level 1 courses or possess equivalent knowledge. Windows Introduction, PowerPoint Level 1. Web browsing experience is also strongly recommended.

We will look at project management concepts and navigate the Project 2016 environment. Create and define a new project plan. Prerequisites: The course assumes no previous experience of Publisher or of similar design applications. Delegates should have a very clear understanding of Widows and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Sharepoint 2016 Advanced Technologies. This five-day course will teach you how to plan, configure, and manage the advanced features in a SharePoint 2016 environment. The special areas of focus for this course include implementing high availability, disaster recovery, service application architecture, and Microsoft Business Connectivity Services.

You will discover and understand what SharePoint is and how to access it from a browser or from Office. You will learn how to use SharePoint to collaborate within a team, organise and manage documents, events, tasks and other items. You will use the tools provided to search for information and people, find documents and open them from Microsoft Office applications and Office 2016. This course is designed for users who are new or have basic skills with SharePoint. Although users will be given an insight into SharePoint the equivalent of a SharePoint Site member, they will be shown how to create certain objects to appreciate how they work.

The goal of this course is to provide you with the knowledge to use the more advanced tools of Microsoft SharePoint 2016. Users of this level are more involved with customising apps to collaborate with a team with stronger emphasis on business needs and content. This understanding is also fundamental to Team Site Owners and managers. The course emphasises hands-on experience, with a series of self-guided exercises integrated into the training. You will discover how to customise apps and modify their settings in order for them to control key business information. You will edit various types of web pages to arrange information and ensure it meets business processes and compliance.

Target Audience: Candidates who wish to use Visio for creating workflows and other diagrams and who wish to use Visio to create complex graphics and illustrations. Prerequisites: Delegates should be familiar with the Windows operating system. Attendance on Visio (L1) training or equivalent working knowledge.

Course objectives: Microsoft Visio is a diagramming tool that can be used to visually communicate representations of ideas, processes, concepts, structures, layouts, software models etc. In this 1 day training we cover the fundamentals and show how using Microsoft Visio removes the tedious process of creating diagrams by providing the tools to create complex diagrams in a user friendly manner. Target Audience: This course is designed for new Visio users, or users that are self-taught. Prerequisites: No previous experience on Visio is required to attend the course.

This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to support and troubleshoot Windows 10 PCs and devices in a Windows Server domain environment. These skills include understanding of Windows 10 features, how they can be used in an Active Directory environment and how to troubleshoot them.
