Course Overview
Course objectives: We introduce the candidate to Outlook then move to look at the Outlook Windows and using address books. Concentrating on sending and receiving mail and mail options we then cover organising mail in folders, work on calendars and how to create Outlook tasks and notes. This course gives the delegate the confidence to use the fundamentals of this communication software. Target Audience: This course is designed for new users of MS Outlook. If you are self-taught, then the course will also help bridge any gaps in your knowledge. Course Prerequisite: You should have a basic knowledge of Outlook and basic Microsoft Windows, This course is designed for new users of MS Outlook.
